1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website whwtechnologies.com or engaging WHWTechnologies for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

WHWTechnologies provides the following services:

  • Custom web design and development
  • Ecommerce website development
  • Website maintenance and support
  • Web hosting and SSL certificates
  • SEO optimization
  • Mobile and web application development

All services are subject to a separate written agreement or project proposal confirmed between WHWTechnologies and the client.

3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit is required before work begins on any project.
  • Final payment is due upon project completion before handover.
  • All prices are quoted in USD or LKR as agreed in the project proposal.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate content, images, and information required for the project.
  • Review and provide feedback within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure all content provided does not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final delivered website and its custom design. WHWTechnologies retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party components, plugins, or frameworks used in development remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

7. Limitation of Liability

WHWTechnologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
